After completion of the online form, you will be allotted a Registration No. for reference. Then download the form with all documents and send hard copies to The Secretary, NAMS House, Ansari Nagar, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, New Delhi - 110029 .

Important Notice

1. Please download guidelines, sample application form, Proposer and Seconder form before filling up the Online Application.
2. Fellowship Fee: Rs. 18,000/- (Fee would be paid after selection )
3. Please read the Guidelines CAREFULLY and fill up the sample application form. Prepare scanned copy of all supporting document in format given in the Guidelines.
4. Please get the Proposer and Seconder form duly filled up and signed before you start filling up the Online Application.
